Ryan Christianson, working as a loan officer for the past 20 years, serving communities in four counties of Southern Ca.(Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego). Ryan’s mission in business is focused on helping individuals and families make exciting and intelligent decisions regarding the American Dream of home ownership and mortgage financing. Being highly knowledgeable in both Real Estate and Mortgage Loans makes him an extremely valuable asset to his clients, whether they’re Buying, Selling, or Refinancing a home. Having strong negotiating skills and always acting as an advocate for others success is something he takes much pride in. Coming from a previous customer service background makes him a natural at providing solutions and improvement for his clientele when it comes to finding the right home for someone, or simply refinancing a loan to lower their monthly bills and improve their credit scores. Being a good listener and asking the right questions really helps Ryan focus on achieving his clients goals while helping them fully understand the process of Loans and Real Estate.

In his free time, Ryan has many interests that keep him busy and connected to family and friends, which include spending as much time as possible with his beautiful wife, Isabela, and their energetic Yorkie, Porsche. They love to go camping and exploring the great outdoors.

Ryan grew up with a passion and love for all styles of music, and he’s been playing drums in bands for the past 30 years.

Other hobbies and sports that he enjoys are golfing, bowling, reading, and collecting books

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
